The good news is that snakes are still alive as of 3 oclock this afternoon :T I was so nervous about it all going wrong I used real cash and no APGS :D

The bad news is that I also did a choc shop - the same gold cone and 2 LOBs that I did on Sunday but today it did not work :mad::mad:

Please can someone tell me what went wrong - I think the cone was correct but the LOBS are no longer on the magic list  So what do I swap them for instead. I know that there are 2 sorts of LOBS so I could use that as an excuse.
Not decided yet what to do but Sundays rec looks a bit neater than todays .

I am feeling really miserable about this, my little Christmas stash was growing nicely.

It may be that M have pulled their offer early (despite me thinking it would 'probably' still be £2 today). It does happen occasionally - but let's hope it's moved onto something else (in A's 3 for 10 on msm) - I'll have a 'bit' of a 'look around' tomorrow:rotfl:. Little bit of one.

For me, I've not gone for the chocs. yet. The individual prices are 'too cheap' - please will we ever see a price increase?:):) Need the pre-Christmas rush (crush?) to start and prices to go up!! While going on offer elsewhere.

I'm confused. Do you have something to share or not?

    yep :D

but my shopping was distracted by a visit from a mse old schooler...

Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

Went to a Tosco Finest Food Event tonight. 'Twas really good...loads to eat and drink (hic). Similar goody bag to wot others have reported, (blue cheese, choc, pasta & mushrooms). Slightly disappointed to only be given one per couple and not one per person :( but...hey ho...!

Next one gonna be after Chrimbo and will be a 'Delicatessen Tasting' :j
Glad you enjoyed your evening, I know I did last week.

Seems a little unfair that you didn't get a bag each. Everyone at mine got one each (most were couples) including one girl whose friend was too sick to come (but was on the list). She got a bag for her friend too.

I'm liking the sound of the deli tasting, yum!

    It's only a game

Isn't that home delivery? Or are both the same?
I'm very anxious having such a large APG! (£16) :o

But there's two more Christmas presents sorted!

Was hoping to use the APG to get some chicken as hubby is unhappy with us trying to spread one breast between two adults and a baby when we have chicken meals! Lol.
But I'm scared in case they refuse to accept it and take full payment instead!

Anyhow I really need to just take a moment to thank you all.
With the choc and snakes we have managed to sort out 9 Christmas presents so far and this is such a great help as I'm on unpaid leave until mid Jan so was really worried about coping! I could just cry with relief! :-)

What a lovely post dawnylou x

Looks like Morries price update must have been earlier than Aau thought. Previous results suggested around 1pm.

    Hi folks, new and old.....

Been trying to keep up on here over the last few days, but haven't actually posted.

Thanks to anyone who's voted for the pic of my son doing a handstand on the Wisdom FB comp, all really very much appreciated. :T Just a quick reminder that you can vote for any of us that have been asking once every 24 hours.

I'm very sorry I haven't been here more often to say that, but i've been rather stressed and in a lot of pain which has got worse over the last few months, and although tests are still ongoing, no diagnosis as yet. Yet another blood test this morning, and if that doesn't show a positive for the test being done, then the next step is a neurology referal. It's been a lot to deal with whilst Mum has been so ill too......

Anyway, enough of the moaning, better get thanking. I have at last been out tonight and picked up 4 snakes.... so now hoping all stays good for that, as 2 for my sis, 2 for my Dad as I hardly drink. First receipt to be submitted in about an hour.
Looking at doing a 'cat' tomorrow, along with a 'sudden, involuntary inclination' :rotfl:

Not hiding anything here BTW, I love this word coding, it means that you may just have to read back 2 or 3 pages to see what it all means, that's hardly hard work and all adds to the fun of it.
