Incidentally, ever since then, they've had a sign up by the hand scanny things, saying that offer prices won't show up until you go to pay :mad: (this is Y*te Br*stol extra btw)

Morning all.
My stupid broadband is on the blink again (the engineer only came out last Thursday!) so I'm stuck trying to access the elite via my phone again.
Another engineer booked for this Saturday, I really doubt it will resolve anything permanently though
