now heres something i didnt know and which you may well find useful sometime. ive just read on hukd that when an item in tesco is on offer but out of stock you can ask at customer services desk for a voucher which allows you unlimited time to get the product at the offer price when it is available again instore0

these are called "raincheck vouchers" but you will find that most of the CS staff dont know nothing about them:(It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
