The baskets in Home Bargains are quite nice and could be re-used for putting fruit or the large pot pourri in0 -

I agree with you on the impulse question FC. I would never use it but as we are starting to think about Christmas I'm wondering if anyone has any imaginative ideas for lynx and Impulse hampers.....apart from the box and cellophane usual suspects. Im thinking along the lines of little tin baths or little ceramic basins full of lynx for the bots or impulse for the girls.
Been looking on eBay without success:(
When I did gift bags for dgd christening I put lynx in for men and impulse for ladies along with my personalised sp chocolate bars.
I got good quality white bags and designed labels and used ribbon ect. Make lovely tree presents if you do that sort of thing. I use to back in the days of big family christmases. Tree presents for after tea. Or could get the little organza bags from flea bay which would habg from tree nicely.
I am not a chri0stmas person anymore but that comes from kids all ahving other halfs and inlaws. Yet to decide if I am staying in bedford all of christmas or driving back in the afternoon.
Biggest present is dgd is staying over in hotel with me 23/24 as dd and oh have to work. Be first night she has not slept with mum or dad so is a great honour for me.
Christmas eve I am taking her around visiting family which will be lovely.

Did you take advantage of the Sun Bingo + £10 Domino's promo? If YES, we've just been told the vouchers are working again (even if already used) i.e. try your code again and it might give you another £10 off!!!
