I normally get a letter from them with a letter saying my plan is ending and telling me which is best offer. I ring them and tell them my plan is ending and am I being offered best plan they say 'no' and will tell me what best plan is. I just looked at my Tesco points I get up to 2100 points for loyalty .... 1050 points for dual fuel and 1050 points for having online account these points are annually but get divided so I get quarterly on bill. I also get my points for DD amounts.

Oh I see. I don t recall seeing any Tesco point s for loyalty just the ones for what I've used. I have dual fuel and an online account. I ll need to have a look thanks
