Changing the date of the Direct Debit (Halifax)

Options
Has anyone recently changed the date of the DD for their mortgage payment with Halifax? Is it easy enough to do?

We currently pay the mortgage on the 2nd but need to move it to the 15th due to a change in paydays and I'm hoping it's not too big a deal to do.

Any advice welcome, thanks.

Should be fine, but you'll need to pay interest from 2 to 15 to keep your account up to date.
