I was sent the email for this competition and spent a good 15 minutes watching and choosing my outfits only to be told I was already in their database and presumably not entered into this competition. I have emailed to ask why send me the email if I'm not eligible to enter but I have not received a reply.

I *think* it submits the first time but does not give you confirmation - when you click again to retry it tells you that you're already on the database. Perhaps this is because the first click does goes through?

Sorry to bump, but I think it's worth noting something here. I went through the same process as Gilla. BTW, when playing the vids you can quickly scroll to the end of each one if you want to just have a quick peek at the overall outfit to choose from. But, more importantly, I started to register but at the end of the process it asked me to agree to a credit agreement. Said I would have something like £1600 to use. I didn't like the look of it, so I cancelled it at that point, but if you do register, please make sure you read everything carefully.

Thanks anyway Katie, I would love to win some Uggs one day.
