Have you recieved your Woolwich mortgage statement yet?

Our mortgage is with Woolwich and statement due September time. Last year ours arrived the first week of October, but this year there hasn't been any sign of it at all yet. There's no hurry for it, but I'm just wondering if it may have gone astray or if others are still waiting for theirs?

  • Ours is normally dated around 10th/11th of October and we've not received it yet.
  • Not here yet. I do wish they would just put their mortgages online.

Thank you both. I'm not in any immediate hurry to have it but just wanted to make sure it hadn't gone missing on the way!

I totally agree, having them online would make life so much easier!

interestingly the documentation sent with it says the mortgage details are available online which im sure is not correct?

Underneath 'Mortgage Current Account' there's a new 'Mortgage' tab in the online account. If you click on 'view information' it has:

    Mortgage balance:
Amount borrowed: Capital repaid: Monthly payment: Current interest rate:
Initial term: Remaining term: Repayment type: Interest charged:
We're on a Tracker mortgage, no other accounts with Barclays.

Having not yet made an overpayment, can someone confirm if the sort code and account number next to your address is the one to make overpayments to?
