Just to correct you on this point. The RFC for SMTP (email) does not provide any method to prove delivery or receipt of emails. I can (quite easily) spoof an email to come from any address, and a printed copy can be easily faked. You should not rely on email if it comes to court.
I've done a lot of work with forensic auditing of systems to track emails, and you can always find a record of the incoming ones. Of course, you can't prove anyone ever read it which leaves it in much the same position as a recorded delivery letter that could've been signed for and then binned. The difference is that an email doesn't cost me money to send before they ignore it.0 -

Yes, that's what I meant, sorry if that wasn't clear. I just registered with them that, while the complaint with HB was ongoing I'd encountered this problem and I didn't have a lot of faith in their ability to sort it out, so I thought it was useful to have that on file with them up front.0 -
Another email from the review site yesterday. HB apparently asking why I'm claiming that it was them that I had a DMP with. Well, the fact that the few emails I have relating to it come from HB email addresss. Oh, and asking that I send the emails I sent that they never replied to as evidence. To a third party. With confidential financial details in. Although I'm not sure what this would prove, exactly.0

I use Payplan and have access to my DMP through their PayPlanPlus website.
I can see all payments that have been made, remaining debt, confirmation that my creditors have accepted the offers. I always get a prompt response to any emails I send to my account manager.
I have an annual review which I can do either via the website or over the phone.
The DMP just ticks over nicely, I get no calls from creditors or Payplan unless I contact them.
I can't speak highly enough of them0
