    IT WAS ME !
One oap and one disabled, ready with bus pass to travel by bus over the causeway to Portland Tesco to hopefully cash in on this to save a bob or two. Pouring with rain, but have determination. Will report back.

So arriving wet and bedraggled, I picked up three large Special K, took to the till and she said £2, there's something wrong here. She rang a bell for the supervisor, she in turn fetched the store manager. I told them that on the official Tesco website they are on offer from midnight. They knew nothing about it. Phonecalls were made then instructions were issued to remove all Special K products from the shelves. PHEW !.

I was told I could have my three boxes as a goodwill gesture as they were under no obligation to sell them at that price. She said Tesco had made a huge error.

So, it seems to me that if it hadn't been for an alert lady on the till, they would still be available.

I suppose it could have been anyone, but it had to be me.

Just been to the main Tesco in the Rotten Borough of Rugby. No mention of any offer. Worked for me on Special K red berries - the 500g size and the 320g size.

Thanks for this :) Just bought a few. It works fine in Ingleby Barwick. Yummy chocolate and strawberry :)
Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one :))! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.

    What I achieved:
    Car paid in full straightaway.
    Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!
  • Can I just double check what sizes and types of this are working, please? :) will go grab some after work!

I think I have sussed out how to do this if you buy 3 of the same type it will only charge you £2 but if you mix the products it wont work my own personal experience

Just as an aside, why the flippin' heck is there nearly 1% salt in a sweet fruity cereal? Ridiculous!!! (rant over)
