WIN A TRIP FOR TWO TO HAWAII
*Entry to the Win a trip for two to Hawaii competition will be open from 08:00 on Wednesday 16th October until 00:00 Thursday 31st October.

The Competition is open to UK residents aged 21 years or over at the date of their entry. The Competition is not open to employees of Bauer Radio Limited, Eternity Productions Limited, Dewynters Limited and Everybody Engage Limited, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
Your entry must include your name, contact telephone number and email address.
One entry per household.
Entrants must enter the competition by visiting http://www.magic.co.uk/win/from-here-to-eternity-win/ and answering a question about ‘From Here To Eternity’ then providing their name, telephone number and email address.
The prize winner will be chosen at random from the correct answers.
The winner will be notified by phone and email.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the competition closing, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
The winner must accept the prize within three days of being awarded the prize. In the event the winner has not accepted the prize within three days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
After the winner has been notified and accepted the prize, they must provide 3 options for travel weeks.
The winner and guest are responsible for their own passport and visa arrangements.
A trip for two (both prize winner and guest must be over the age of 21 at time of entry) to Hawaii to include economy flights, transfers to Oahu, 7 nights 4* hotel accommodation at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Oahu.

The prize must be redeemed between February 4th 2014 to June 4th 2014 excluding the below dates.

By accepting the prize the winner agrees to have their image/voice used for promotional content on the Magic 105.4’s and/or From Here To Eternity’s website, Facebook and Twitter accounts as well as any press released following the competition relating to From Here To Eternity.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, Everybody Engage and each of its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
Once the identified travel week has been confirmed and booked, Everybody Engage, Eternity Productions Ltd and Magic FM assumes no responsibility for winner cancellation, postponement or inability to travel.
The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
Details of the prize winners’ first name and county will be available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at Magic 105.4, Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street, London, W1W 8HF.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
