Hi,
I've roasted most beef but never beef fillet.
Any suggestions? Any recipes?
Thanks.

This is my third attempt at this post, as iOS7 deleted the last two, so I've had to fire up the laptop, so apologies if I miss anything.
Fillet is an expensive cut to roast, but should you wish to, a quick google brings up the following:

When we have a really good cut of meat it's important to me to really make sure that the quality shines through as the star of the show as it were. That way I feel that I have really 'done justice' to the meat, and those that produced it. On the rare occaision that we have fillet, my first preference is to concentrate on ensuring that it is perfectly seasoned & cooked as a steak, and to serve it with a few simple but really good accompaniements, such as small sweet roasted tomatoes, homemade salt & pepper onion rings, a large grilled mushroom and some thrice cooked hand cut chips. Alternatively a simple rocket and parmesan salad dressed with balsamic would work well.
My second choice would be a lovely Beef Wellington.0 -

I wouldn't roast it, I'd either cut it into steaks or make beef wellington.0
