did you already have an account? seems to me those that didn't already have an account didnt get processed regardless of what time they ordered.

Ordered two sets approx. 5 mins ago. Delivery due 19/06. I ordered through the buisness site as an existing customer.

Had the order email- but it says "no orders" under my tracking- but no email saying sorry either

Don't understand it, I ordered mine at 12.15 today and have an order staus of "Held for Authorisation" Any one got any ideas

Well not helpful but I ordered one at about five and it is showing in my orders but says 'all items back ordered'?

My order confirmation email was sent at 12.16. I have just checked my account and the order is now listed. I have the same 'held for authorisation' message.

I ordered 1 at 12.30pm and 1 at 6pm both have just appeared in my order history with the message 'All items back-ordered'

I ordered via a new home account and quidco.
