All of you whose orders show as 'pending authorisation' or 'processed' or have a delivery date, are the phones shown on your order details? It just that mine has a delivery date but no items showing!?! Thanks
Well mine is STILL pending authrisation- the order number and amount is there- but if I click of the order it says that tghere are no details for the item0 -
I expect the reason there are no order details are because the item has now been removed from their site.0

I think there are no details on the product any more since they've sold out and deleted the product from the database.
My order history shows it as processed :j and no product detail - this is the same as an earlier order of a product a year back that is now no longer available.0 -
When I spoke to them they say orders over the weekend can take a day or so to process through. My phone order has just changed from held for authorisation to back order but you can't open the order so it looks like they've got rid of them from their database.
Incidentally, back order (I know some people were asking earlier) means that they will be shipped to you when they come in.
In this case, I'm thinking "no chance of them coming in" because it's not in the database anymore.The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!
