If you continue to save outside a pension, consider switching to S&S isas.

But do go ahead and start a PP for yourself as well.

I know Uni is expensive, I am paying to put twins thru. But your pension is more important (as they can get student loans if need be) so look after yourself here first. I am paying for mine to go as I can afford it, if you can't afford both a pension and helping with Uni then you have to start with yourself in this instance.
