Hello everyone,
If my bank accept a deposit for only 15% to buy a house for myself, and if I want to rent my property a few months later (Normally the deposit is 25% to rent your property), what happens ?
Do I have right to do that ?

You would need consent to let. Depending on the lender they may refuse it if it is above 75% LTV. They may charge you for doing it.
When i used to work for a bank if it was less than 6 months after signing a deal with them, they would refuse it.
