Hi have you received anything yet.
I been onto L'Occitane site and my order history has now been removed.
I sent them an e-mail to see what is going on as they have taken the money from my balance on bank account.0 -

I've just had an e mail saying my order has been cancelled as it did not qualify for the offer. They are arranging a refund - although probably hasn't even been taken.:(0
