EXPIRED L'Occitane online glitch using two codes

    I have placed an order, that went through, but two hours later still haven't received a confirmation email from L'Occitane. Hope it doesn't get thrown out,as it's a good deal.

    I placed an order 15 mins ago and got a confirmation email within about 5 seconds. I think it is all working ok. maybe the server is down on your email etc.

    Brill deal got lots of products that I usually order from QVC for half the price.

    Hubby even ordered another lot for his family also so HAPPY DAYS.

    gutted...I tried to order from the ipad at 745, and all went ok until I tried to register. kept asking for same details. Just tried again after school run and they have fixed the glitch. One freebie per order.

    Thanks, but that was the first thing I thought of and even sent myself an email to check. In fact, I've had a 'welcome' email from L'Occitane, so it'll be interesting to see if the money's been taken from my cc. Win some, lose some!

    It's not allowing me to add two codes, as soon as I put in the second code it charges me for the shower gel:(

    Everything went okay as you can see from my comments below but still have not had confirmation e-mail yet.

    Went in to look at order again and says "Order status NEW" not sure if it has gone through or not. Put order on about 7.50am ish this morning.

    Hi have you received anything yet.

    I been onto L'Occitane site and my order history has now been removed.

    I sent them an e-mail to see what is going on as they have taken the money from my balance on bank account.
