ITV answers

Hi all,
I am fairly new to this and just wondered if someone could tell me what the correct was of filling the answer box is on ITV competitions. Do I just put the letter? the letter and answer? or just the answer?

When you see the posting for a comp, it usually says on the post what they want. I usually put the letter and answer to be on the safe side.
