Hi, after some advice, I am in employment at 7.50 per hour, but do not get paid for travelling, I am employed in a tree surgery business and we sub contract to a national company with our area being Midlands, Worcestershire etc.
The thing is on paper I am doing 12 hour days, meet at depot, travel to site, do jobs, return to depot and go home, but only getting paid 8 hours.
Is there anything I can do about the situation?
Thanks
