hi im after abit of advice, from the beginning. my wife has bad credit rating, so she opened few accounts in my name without me knowing. the accounts accounts she opened are like simply be, littlewoods etc. it was afew years till I found out what she had done. how I found out was the intrest and charges they was putting on she couldn't keep up with it and at the same time I lost my job, all are with debt recovery companys. that's the back ground to this. now the advice im after. done the requests for credit agreements. most still not sent them and its past the 12 days, but simple be has but its not signed, no surprise as I never opened it. what should I now do from here ? should I now tell them I never opened the account and they never did any checks and the credit agreement isn't signed ? what best now get them to take it to court and fight it ? or is there anything else I can do? this account was opened in 2011.
thanks

Are you and wife still together? I suspect your
Wife could be subject of accusation of fraud if you declare you knew nothg about the account.
Were the goods purchased to help your family.....? Wife may have done the wrong thing but for good reasons? Doesn't make it right but think carefully before you decide what to do.
I'm not sure what you mean about unsigned credit agreements, don't they just send them to you for information, you don't have to sign and return them to be valid.
Suggest you take advice on managing your repayments through debt recovery.Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.
