I am having a problem with my payments I sent them an email they said I needed to phone a certain number, I said I would rather send a letter as not happy with speaking over the phone, I was then told by the lady sending the email that they can only deal with this over the phone?
Is this right? Can I not write to them?
I have wrote to other debtors, and not had a problem.
If anyone has any experience with dealing with them and they could offer me any advice etc would be much appreciated thanks

Hi racie,
Not had experience with Very, sure that they are supposed to be able to deal with you in writing if you want.
Email them again and say you find phone calls confusing and distressing and as them to deal in writing.Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Just email them and tell them you are a deaf mute and you are unable to communicate by phone.0

Send them a complaint, in writing about stating they will only deal with you on the phone. Tell them you require a copy of all communication for your records. Send signed for.
They will say things on the phone they will never put in writing.
They talk drivel:beer:0
