MBNA are useless at keeping agreements. So worth the CCA request to Aktiv. They may try fobbing you off or sending an agreement they made out of thin air.

They've just bought one of my debts off Lloyds are are sending me vouchers for about 20% off every month. I'm not quite ready to start the CCA route yet but they will have to be more like 90% before I accept. Keep in mind they probably bought the debt for pennies in the pound.
