Can anyone recommend 80% LTV lender for best rate?

I figured Halifax overall would be best bet but came across West Bromwich building society but wanted to know of any more?
I have 20% deposit and ideally looking at 5yr fixed but interested in hearing whether I should go with 2yr? Though rates are very good at mo.

Are there no popular ones? I guess reason I ask is becuase be good to get MIP in place rather than last minute.
I think 5yr given rates low. With the housing boom I think at some point they will have to raise rate to avoid this bubble but I'm merely guessing.0
