Can anyone recommend 80% LTV lender for best rate?

I figured Halifax overall would be best bet but came across West Bromwich building society but wanted to know of any more?

I have 20% deposit and ideally looking at 5yr fixed but interested in hearing whether I should go with 2yr? Though rates are very good at mo.

It changes daily, so all you can do is snapshot what's available on the day you plan to apply.

Are there no popular ones? I guess reason I ask is becuase be good to get MIP in place rather than last minute.

I think 5yr given rates low. With the housing boom I think at some point they will have to raise rate to avoid this bubble but I'm merely guessing.
