it will get better! we have all been in a pickle, that's why we are here:
have a re-read of all the advice up to now.
start the spending diary.
do you have online banking? you can print out your last couple of months statements and then re-fill the statement of affairs, think you will be surprised.....
plot out the rest of month on a spreadsheet ( or in a diary if you are a techno phobe like me) and write any incomings/outgoings for each day.
go through all your direct debits/standing orders, make sure you are not paying for anything you don't need.
ring your sky and mobile companies, ask them what they can do to help as you are facing problems, they usually offer to drop a tariff or two at least, sky sometimes offer a price reduction for 6 months or so, if you don't ask you don't get.
have you a posh handset you could sell, and use a cheapie for a bit?
do a stock check of all cupboards and fridge etc to see if you can only buy the essentials for the rest of the month.
have a look at the interest on your CC's and catalogues, could you put the high interest ones onto a lower one? (catalogues onto CC etc to cut the interest you are paying)
once you have a handle on things you could set up a new account for bills, with standing orders weekly or 4 weekly to cover them.
will try and think some more after tea......
good luck
