I'm really disappointed as that first win was when I had just opened the site that evening, and had my first spin (after entering my name and email address as usual). This is the first I've heard from them about having to 'refresh' the site with each use too

We have had 4 wins over the last few days, (only play occasionally but the wins seem to occur when we first enter the website). A 100g bag of 20 assorted flavours arrived today to the delight of my kids who are studying the menu that came with it to mix their flavours!!
