How long will this freeze for???

Hi,

I want to make this, on the site it say it'll only freeze for a month but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't last until xmas.

What do you think?

    I wouldn't worry it will freeze long after christmas

    Put it in a well sealed container or wrap and it'll last till the christmas after next. It will not be at it's best it may be a little dry. Long term freezing tends to dry things out but it'll be fine to eat.

    Seconded - it'll be safe to eat for ages, and if you're worried about the drying, steam cook it or pop a little ramekin of water in the microwave with it.

    I was thinking of cooking it this month for this Christmas, so it's out of the way.

    I like normal xmas pud but everyone in my family hates it.

    With the best will in the world I don't think it'd be possible to me to eat it on my own.

    So I thought I'd make that recipe as a compromise.

    What do you all think of the recipe?
