A holiday company I use that used to be on topcashback is now showing up on this lot instead.
I've never heard of them and a search isn't throwing up a lot of info. Use or avoid?

Submission Technology also run a cashback site called Greasy Palm which has a reputation for-guess what? - email spamming. There are also mixed reports on MSE as to how reliable they are for payouts.
