I know what you mean we have to many charity shop's but they do try to put on a show for goth weekends and I think we have about 2 actual shop's 1 on the front and 1 on flowergate...that 1 seems really good...and then we have our very own goth hotel...complete with dracula outside...but for it being goth centrel it's abit of a poor show really...hope you have a fang-tastic day...:D:jblack-saturn wrote: »No sadly not in Whitby. There didn't seem to be many gothy shops there last time I went.

There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.

Have you seen the leather roses at English Leather Rose? They aren't very MSE but I can thoroughly vouch for how beautiful they are - I've seent hem in the flesh and met the lady that makes them and not only is she lovely but the flowers are exquisite
Depends on what you fancy I guess!
Not very MSE indeed but they really look beautiful. Even my OH was impressed!

Just a quick note for other alternative b2bs out there, today I picked up a copy of Black Meringue magazine (alternative bridal mag) in WH Smith. Cover price is £4.99 but scanned through the till at £2.49. Bargain :beer:Life's not about finding youself; It's about creating yourself0

Just out of interest... I don't suppose it was the new edition was it?! I've had my fingers itching for the next one since I got the first one (with the white cover and the black paint on!)
Also of interest to us of a more alternative leaning is www.offbeatbride.com and http://offbeatbride.ning.com/ (forums for associated website) which though predominately US based are full of top notch ideas and advice and people doing their own thing for less money - there is a slowly growing bunch of UK brides on there too, but I've found the ideas and support for a non traditional wedding really helpful!0
