Van insurance - Close Premium Finance
I have recently got some van insurance through Coversure broker. I am a discharged bankrupt (was discharged on 15th Nov 2011), when I telephoned for the quote I wasn't asked about any bankruptcy. Anyway I thought all was well, I paid my deposit to Coversure and they arranged the insurance through Aviva. On receiving my policy details I have to sign and send back some paperwork. One is for the insurance through Aviva, no mention of bankruptcy on the paperwork but there is another form I have to sign from a company called Close Premium Finance, on the bottom of this form in very small writing it says I declare I haven't been made bankrupt (basically) well I cant sign this as I have been made bankrupt.
Like I said before I have already paid the deposit and this is the first mention of a bankruptcy. Would Close Premium Finance accept me if I have been made bankrupt before and if not what would happen to my deposit that I have already paid upfront.
I really need this insurance and I can afford the monthly repayments.
I also pay Experian monthly to keep an eye on my credit score and my credit score is now excellent but does obviously show my bankruptcy.
Thanks in advance

Experian credit score is a waste of money. Just numbers made up by experian but nobody else uses that system to provide your credit score.
You need to answer truthfully and put down that you have been bankrupt.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
