Hi, im just wondering if anyone has got consent to let from Birmingham Midshires? I have a very small flat which is in negative equity. I want to rent somewhere bigger with my partner and start a family. Does anyone think they would refuse consent on these grounds? The rental income of the flat would cover my monthly mortgages. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
