I'm paying off a debt with a dca over the next 4 years, can I still get the creditor to remove the default from my file now?

I have read the above example and its states that you can only use that template if the loan is settled but it is still showing as defaulted on your file (as it will for 6 years) For example, you defaulted on the agreement but have since paid it all, your file will still show the fact you have defaulted for 6 years.
if you are going to be paying the debt back over 4 years then the loan isnt settled so the above will not applyBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0 -
What is the debt for. Can you not pay it off earlier, or could you offer a settlement figure and ask that they remove the default as part of the settlement agreement.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
