Mortgage for NQT

My boyfriend and I are looking to buy a house with the new help to buy scheme. We have seen a house that we like, we have the deposit and can afford the repayments. My boyfriend has a permanent, full time job.
I am an NQT - is this 'induction' year going to ruin our chances of being accepted for a mortgage despite my contract being full time and permenant?

I am not an expert but... as long as you have 3 months pay cheques (Sept certainly you will have), then that will count for your behalf. You have to remember that just because you are in induction, almost all people in a new job have the same issues of "induction" so it shouldn't be a problem.

September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 20370 -
