Husband declared himself bankrupt...

Hiya looking for a bit of advice.
My husband declared himself bankrupt in Scotland back in 2010.
We decided to look at his profile today because of the different stages of bankruptcy in Scotland.
I THINK his was low income no assets, active for 3 years and stays on his profile for 4 or 5 years.
Anyway some of the ones that were meant to be written off are still registering defaults most recent as last month!
It says on his profile Date of discharge back in august 2010 so surely they cant still be registering defaults!
Any advice is appreciated

Slight tweaks to the letter wording may be needed to adapt to a Scottish LILA bankruptcy, but the basic principles in that are the same.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
