Roper Rhodes (bathroom accessory suppliers) - gone bust?

Does anyone know if Roper Rhodes, the manufacturers/suppliers of good quality taps and bathroom accessories, has gone bust?

Over several weeks I've sent them queries about purchasing their products, using their "contact" form on their Web site, and by e-mail and by fax (using the details shown on their paper catalogue) but haven't had either a substantive response or even an acknowledgement.

In the present financial climate, that's surprising - and so I wondered if they had ceased trading, although their Web site still seems to be working.

PS - I forgot to add that the "news" items on the site stopped with one dated June 2013, and they are still advertising a competition stating "The lucky winner will be announced on Monday 1st July" - hence my concern!

In an entry dated 04/07/13 on their Facebook page they said 'We're happy to announce that the Alex Monroe necklace is now on it's way to Mary from Brentwood. Congratulations on winning!' If your name is Mary you've won a necklace. Well done.

The most recent entry on that page is dated 10/11/13.

Duedil say they have a £6.3 million cash value, the company is active and there is no adverse information on them. Their accounts are also up to date.

Their website is live and the Domain Registration has another two years left before it expires.

They look a perfectly healthy company to me and I think you are worrying unnecessarily.
