I'm looking to remortgage and I specifically want to avoid lenders who use e.surv for their valuations. We had a bad experience with them last year and would ideally not go through the same process again. I know that Lloyds use Connells and I think that Halifax have a tie in with Colleys, just wondered if anyone out there knew of any other lenders who dont have e.surv on their panel.
Many thanks

LBG owns Colleys and Nationwide's panel manager is Countrywide, however, you cannot rule out the business being "panelled" to Esurv if the usual suspects are too busy to handle the business.I am a mortgage broker.
