Advise please.

I won the Brantano footwear competition back in August (13th). It was a £100 voucher for buyagift experience. I still have not received it.

I have sent many emails and left voice messages and have had no reply. I also spoke to the lady on one occasion who said she would send it out by the end of the week, that was in september.

What should i do.
