strange phone call Hot House Energy??

Glasgow number, no-one calls me from there..
I thought Id maybe won a comp lol
so I answer but hear Scottish accent chatting, 'yes I'll get the wean (child) etc etc
all the while I'm shouting hello hello
when she didnt answer I thought someone has called accidentally
was about to hang up she says hello can i speak to home owner
no sorry for making you wait?
I said who are you she said Hot House Energy I hung up...

however looking at their number online is 0845
Im with TPS & angry but more so cos she had a conversation with someone while I waited, where could they have got my number?

I received phone calls from the Hothouseenergy co. checked them out and they are not even on the MCS database of approved solar pv installers so would not go near them:mad:.
