thanks for this, i originally ordered without noticing this offer until i saw your post. i then emailed tesco direct if i could amend my order or did i have to reorder to get the free vac bags. i didn't hear from them and assumed i had missed the boat, however the other day i received an email saying they'd send the free item to my selected store for collection.

so if anyone else misses a free offer now or in the future, just contact tescos and they'll be able to help. well they were really helpful with mine, i even got a phonecall to let me know the progress
