Nespresso/John Lewis.Com Extended Warranty

I have recently purchased (27/3/2007) a Nespresso coffee machine from John Lewis.com and paid them for an extended warranty (1 year manufactures and 2 years extended) at a cost of £36. Today I checked with Nespresso, the length of warranty on my machine, I was informed that all Nespresso machines purchased after 01/03/2007 come with a free 3 year warranty. Nespresso seemed very surprised that, as one of the UKs biggest suppliers of Nespresso machines, John Lewis.Com do not know about the 3 year warranty and are looking into it. If you purchased a nespresso machine since 01/03/2007 then it will be covered for 3 years. So I hope that once John Lewis.Com have talked to Nespresso or vice versa, I should get a refund of £36.

    Jonn Lewis have now said that they did not know about the FREE Nespresso 3 year warranty. Nespresso have said they are suprised that John Lewis did not know about the free warranty, John lewis is Nespresso`s biggest UK retailer.
    John Lewis.com has now offered a full refund of the £36 I paid for their warranty..Result!!:T
