I sent of for something similar sometime ago. Basically, a person from that company will arrange to come to your house and let you taste the wine and give you your free gift. It sounded too much like a double glazing sales set-up so I decided not to make an appointment, though I was constantly phoned to make an appointment. Had to say that I'd given up drinking to stop them ringing! Hope that helps.

This is going to be a long reply

Yep, we've had the questionnaire, too. Sent it off, didn't hear from them for ages. Then a guy phoned to arrange a meeting (although the original letter never specified that, it just said you'll get your free samples, which is a bit misleading if you ask me). Anyway, the guy never showed up! For weeks, not a word from him. Eventually, I emailed the company with a very cheesed-off email. The next day, a call from an area manager to apologise... I insisted that I still wanted the free gift, as a matter of principle, and she said she'd post it to me (haven't had it yet!). And then they have the guts to say, so do you still want the demonstration... Erm... after being treated like that... NOOOOOOO!

However, there was a thread about this on the Anything Else board before the changeover, and a few people did say that the company is okay and their experiences with them were good. The wine is supposed to be nice, probably not cheap.
