I've had points outstanding for surveys since July. When I complained they ignored me then eventually gave me a prize draw entry for my patience. I've been on 77000 since July!

I've lost patience.I'm not doing toluna any more. If they ever give me my points I'm cashing out waiting who knows how long for my voucher (may be next Christmas?) and I'm out of there

I joined toluna in the last week of August and just yesterday got over the 80000 mark to request a £15 Amazon e-voucher. I put it in yesterday and it is now showing as processing in my account. I'll keep you updated on how long it takes to get processed.

Most other sites I'm a member of have issued e-vouchers within 2 hours of request.

I haven't experienced any problems getting points credited for surveys and was actually shocked how quickly I racked up the 80000 after having read some posts on here. However, until the voucher is actually in my possession I'm reserving full judgement on Toluna.

I'm still experiencing extremely long delays in points being credited for the completion of surveys. However, wherever it usually takes up to 3 months or so for my Amazon voucher code to appear, the last one took only 3 weeks, which came as quite a (nice) shock!

I am waiting for my Amazon voucher, requested it end of Sep.
It takes flipping AGES for any surveys to credit, way longer than what they give as a timeline.
So a lot of time I am fed up n just do the short/sponsored surveys. So it takes me ages to get paid out.
As frustrating as they are (don't get me started) they paid every requested voucher of mine so far. Not always (ever) on time.

I requested £15 Love2shop vouchers on 30th August and they have been delivered today.

Right they've finally credited me some of my outstanding points and I've ordered a £!5 amazon voucher. I will let you know if and when it arrives
