Halloween for kids?

Anyone know of any events over Halloween for kids? I checked the Belfast council website but can't find a lot there. Was hoping to take my 3yo to see fireworks or something exciting on the day.

Will this still take place now after that big fire in England at a recycle centre which they recon was started by lanterns..... or do you mean the type you carry?

As far as I have heard this is still taking place. And I don't think the lanterns go in the air, they may float on the ponds maybe?? I plan on taking my wee ones to it
