Baby girl due april 2016! cant wait to meet her. xxx0 -
Thanks for this! Used both codes and ended up with £25 worth of points on a £75 spend
Stocked up the OH with lynx and shower gel, nappies for the LO and the last few christmas presents needed.
Total shopping before discounts was £107, paid £75 but got £25 in points, meant i saved £57 in total and more money on my card for the sales! Thanks to everyone who posted the codes!0 -
I used the 1000 on £70 spend code which gave me 2217 points for my £79.xx order.
Very irritating! Boots poops!
At least you know it isn't that aspect of the order that has caused the cancellation.....although that still won't help you work out what has as they are unlikely to let you know what the internal checks are0 -

Go via Quidco - there's a £10 off £75 spend code on there at the moment.
I used that instead of 1000 extra points code. I far prefer £10 cash than £10 of points!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

I agree, I usually prefer a cash discount to points, but remember you need to have a total of £75 after the £10 code (so an order of at least £85) to also get 1200 points for a £75 spend.
With the 1000 points code you just need £75's worth.0 -
Quick question...
This is the first Boots Points Event I've done (or even been aware of!!).
So spent the £50 today and got the 1200 points along with the "500 extra point at the next event". It says to be used before 17th November (or thereabouts). Do I actually have to wait until another specific day that they'll tell me about or can I use this tomorrow (need to get Chanel stuff which isn't in stock online and was hoping to get it where I'm going tomorrow)?
And will it be the same Boots stores doing the event or different ones? I'd be ok if they changed it to the one who actually does Chanel.
Thanks!0 -

As far as I'm aware, you can only use this coupon at the NEXT points event. So you will end up with 1700pts at the next event WYS £50.
A tip for everyone. Nip into boots in the morning, print off any coupons from the machine, as they always turn them off during a points event, or they are miraculously say OUT OF ORDER. Go back at the right time in the afternoon and choose your shop assistant wisely. If you get the right one, she will happily scan all the coupons. If they refuse, just be nice and say, can you have a try and just see. I did this today and got about £25 worth of pointsI have a lovely lady on the No7 counter, who always sorts me out
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Hi Ivm yes you have to use it at a further Christmas advantage card event there will be 3 more another in October and 2 more in Nov so you would get £17 worth of points on a £50 shop. Pretty sure can be used in any of the stores running the promo as I definately have in the past years. HTH0
