Roughly how much could we borrow eveywhere i look it varies from 80k to 158k ?? Joint applicationon the following incomes

80K to 158K sounds about right - it depends on the lender, how many kids you have, how you are paid, your intention with the loans, mortgage term. etc etcI am a Mortgage Broker
