I registered and completed my first survey esrlier. I've seen people mention they pay you straight away, but I wasnt asked for any payment details etc when I registered?

I also registered recently but wasn't asked for any payment details. I completed my first survey a week ago and yesterday £3 of luncheon vouchers arrived in the post! Unfortunately I can't find how to link my PineCone account to my PayPal account.

Thank you. Question though, do you have to give your bank account details? If so, then I wouldn't... sorry: and I do appreciate this offer/chance, but I would be reluctant.

I would give my paypal details though, as you only have to give your email address in order to get paid, massively lessening the chances of getting scammed.

Jules26 - if there is no option to change it under your profile - email them and they should be happy to change to Paypal for you

Soleil lune - no you don't have to give your bank details. Paypal works just fine.

With PayPal you can transfer the money to your bank account or some internet sites allow you to use PayPal. If you get LVs you can use them at some supermarkets like Tesco or Iceland.

I think Pinecone are phasing LVs out and moving to points which you covert to real money in paypal

Thanks BookWorm, I'll contact them with my Paypal details. Luncheon Vouchers are ok but I'd prefer the cash!

Got my first survey to do today..

(Text removed by MSE Forum Team)

Looks like they might be sending me a sample, do I get an extra survey (with money) to do because they do that?

You should get a follow up survey and you should get another payment for the follow up survey.
  • I filled out the referral form today ( a friend sent it onto me). At the end I just get a rather blank screen that has the pinecone logo on. The page tab says 'signup confirmation'.

Does this mean they got my interest? Do I just wait? Or did something go wrong?
