Just thought I would follow up on this post. Today we have completed! Woo Hoo. The most stressful experience is having to keep submitting information to Precise but the application is looked at with a fine tooth comb. If i could advise anything it would be to tell the truth when it comes to applications. You dont need to worry if you arent covering something up. Most lenders and solicitors will try and help you of they can. We actually found out that Precise were willing to speak to use directly instead of through a broker. Hi all, can anyone recommend a broker who deal with precise mortgages ?

I have no ccj, no arrears, no money owing on credit cards.. I have a credit card but pay off in full.

I have 2 defaults totally £200 satisfied but registered in 2010 , which were when I was made redundant in 2009. Stupidly I had a couple of payday loans but all clear. I was declined by ge money because of this , and also Kensington. Everything else on my file is completely clear, I've heard of precise may help.
