I would write to them, state that you never entered in to a contract with them. Point out that the paperwork sent to you, which you did not sign, did not state that you had entered in to any agreement and as such did not include any information about a cooling off period.
Add that you require them to return the money taken without your authority from your bank account and that failure to do so will mean you will contact OFT and trading standards to file a complaint about them.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Also check with your bank that they haven't set up a CPA on your card, if they have cancel it.
You could also talk to your bank about getting a refund as you did not authorise the transaction.:beer:0
