Read in a magazine about 'Aloeride' being very good for all kinds of inflammatory conditions from Crohn's disease to arthritis, but at £15.99 for what is described as '2 to 4 weeks supply' it could work out expensive. Does anyone know of an equally effective but cheaper alternative?
if i had known then what i know now

Holland and Barratt are very good for Aloe. I use the colon cleanse aloe tablets every day. I think they have a full range of products on-line.04.06.12 no debt:beer:

A bit off topic but someone at my work today said that Aloe Vera plants can be male and female and 1 type is poisonous. I dont think this is true... We have lots of Aloe Vera plants at home and often strip out the gel in the leaves and add it to dishes we cook...0
