Postal comps

hi, I generally stick to OEPH or OEPP,
some of the mags will repeat the same comp in the following weeks mag & afaik it's ok to send another p/card,
if I've not seen the comp in a mag that's been posted in the postals & am unsure I generally send a friendly/polite pm to the op to ask if they know just in case,
or as miss cinnabon says here..
